Ease of use
I have never had a problem with FeedBurner and have always been able to do what I want with it. The one thing I - as a 'tell me exaclty what I need to do next' type of person - have yet to figure out is how to really maximize FeedBurner's analytics. If anyone has suggestions or a post of where to go, I'd really appreciate it!
