I like Market7. I used this great, new tool several times in collaboration on some videos with our video production team. I myself am not a video production guru so I appreciated the ability to easily annotate specfic time intervals and areas of the video with "looks cool but formatting seems wacky" comments and not have to worry that our experts would not know what exactly I was talking about. And that is the key. There is little to no confusion (certainly less than usual) and I do not have to worry that my comments are duplicative so I am more apt to comment! I feel like my comments are valued.

A big fan of such clean models, I found this to be very interesting; clean tie between issues and resolutions, inputs, outputs, waterfall charts and fun images. Clearly Market7 is thinking about the ROI of collaboration from their product's perspective. That gives me confidence that upcoming features will continue to be value-add.

Makes it easy to get feedback from your team on videos.  Easy to comment and highlight certain sections of the video and see different feedback from team members.  

You see on YouTube a lot, how people will write "look at 2:15, so funny."  It is hard to comment on video.  A unique problem with video is that it is linear.  Commenting on a photo is easy, as there is only one thing, but a video is minutes long and constantly changing.  Market7 solves this problem by tying the comments to the time in the video so only the comments relevant to that time show.  

Not incredibly user friendly yet, but powerful.  A must for teams that are scattered geographically and have to deal with videos.

Market7 is a great example of bringing collaborative project management to a niche need.  We tested their product for a few weeks on a real internal video animation project and found it quite useful. 

Adding comments and images to portions of a video and drawing on the video made it really easy for everyone to share feedback on the video progress.  I believe we accelerated our development of producing our animation and were able to effectively capture more thinking from more minds quickly.  All in all, it led to a a higher quality video produced faster. 

This app still has development efforts to do to be even easier to use (and most web apps do), but we found it extremely useful and we've only used 1/5 of the avialabile functionality.  If you run the numbers on time savings, since people are your most expensive asset, this product is worth paying for...probably why I heard Google was using it too.
