Great CRM tool and extremely fast

I've been using FreeCRM for several years now, and for different small companies. I can definitely say it's the fastest and most easy to use. Having all tabs on the top really helps. We've employees who're just out of college with the most non-technical degrees you can imagine. They pick it up in no time and start using it. We depend on it for everyday use. Even though it's free, it allows full emailing and campaigning capabilities. The potentials, tasks, cases, events, etc. are well-integrated. I've tried Sugar, vTiger, Zoho, and even Salesforce. FreeCRM is the most usable. And with a free version they allow 50 users. Can't beat that. I've contacted live support. Even though I don't have a paid account for every case, they provide very good service. I'd love if they can give an iPad/iPhone version.

*** BEWARE ***

Despite it's popularity, I've seen several comments online regarding extremely poor customer service from FreeCRM. I was trying to decide if we should purchase the Pro version and had a similar experience. After multiple emails and repeated attempts to satisfy my questions, the company rep expressed no interest in building my confidence in their product and obvously failed to see that he/she was losing a potential sale, "...we do not provide basic customer service whatsoever to free customers."

Really?! How can you possibly hope to convert them to paying customers??

At no point did I ask for technical support; I just wanted some reassurance in the product. I got none.

I did not feel that I was valuable enough for them to provide even basic common courtesies. I pointed out that I felt I was receiving poor customer service and the rep made no attempt to salvage the sale. He/she continued to be indifferent and almost rude. I can't imagine that customer service would get any better...even after paying for it.

Providing proper customer service does not begin just because a purchase is made.
